Chris Ulum, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ulum is the Chief Executive Officer of Plas2Fuel Corporation. Prior to joining Plas2Fuel, he worked for 10 years in the high tech industry for IBM (formerly Sequent Computer Systems) and Sun Microsystems. He held leadership roles in multiple functions including operations, forecasting, product management and custom systems integration. While at Sun, he concurrently managed 18 product lines representing approximately $4.7 billion in annual revenues. Mr. Ulum held both tactical execution responsibilities within his business unit as well as strategic new product development, with a globally distributed team and supply chain.

Mr. Ulum's career includes leadership and customer interface roles in diverse industries. He served as General Manager of a privately held wood products company, and reported to the CEO of a printing and packaging company which was the fastest growing privately held company in the state of North Carolina. He began his career as a production manager at Frito-Lay, Inc. Mr. Ulum holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University and an MBA degree from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

Kevin DeWhitt, Founder, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. DeWhitt is the Chief Technology Officer of Plas2Fuel Corporation. Prior to founding Plas2Fuel, he worked for 20 years in the analytical chemistry industry for a number of independent laboratories. He was first introduced to the process of converting waste plastic materials into petrochemical products when he began working in a consultative capacity with Environmental Fuel Development (EFD) Company in December of 2000. After EFD ceased operations, Mr. DeWhitt continued to work on the concept, and is the inventor of the Anaerobic Thermal Reclamation (ATR) process. He has been working exclusively on perfecting the ATR process for the past three years.

Mr. DeWhitt holds two B.S. degrees in Chemistry and Physics from Oregon State University, spent an additional year studying Physics at the University of Stuttgart in Germany and returned from Germany to study Chemistry in Oregon State University's graduate degree program for one year before beginning his professional career.

Bob Schwarz, Chief Financial Officer
In his role as Chief Financial Officer for Plas2Fuel, Mr. Schwarz manages Plas2Fuel’s finance organization with responsibility for accounting, financial analysis and treasury functions. Prior to joining Plas2fuel, Mr. Schwarz was Chief Financial Officer of Serveron Corporation for 8 years. Serveron is a smart grid, Venture backed company located in the Pacific Northwest that was acquired by BPL Global in 2008. Responsibilities included financial planning, accounting, treasury and International distribution channels.

Prior to joining Plas2Fuel, Mr. Schwarz held a number of positions in finance with high tech companies in the Northwest, including ETEC Systems, Credence Systems and Tektronix.

Mr. Schwarz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Oregon.

Brent A. Bostwick, Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Bostwick joins Plas2Fuel Corporation as Director and Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Plas2Fuel Mr. Bostwick was President and Chief Executive Officer of Draper's & Damon's, Inc., a $130M specialty retailer serving the mature women's fashion market. Mr. Bostwick joined the company in 1980 and acquired one third interest in 1993. The company designs, manufactures and markets merchandise through 50 retail locations, a national catalog and e-commerce. In November 2005 Mr. Bostwick successfully negotiated the sale of a majority interest in Draper's & Damon's to Golden Gate Capital, LLC and has transitioned out of the company to pursue new interests.

In 2006 Mr. Bostwick's interest turned to the "alternative fuels" industry. Working with Inflection Point Capital, LLC he has been involved in various projects primarily focused on cellulosic ethanol technology companies. Mr. Bostwick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from the University of California in Santa Barbara. He is married and has two children.

Rita Hansen, Director of Engineering
Ms. Hansen has more than 25 years of engineering management, operations management, and project management experience in a diverse range of industries including steel manufacturing, building products and electronic components manufacturing, distribution & warehousing, telecommunications and software development. Ms. Hansen has successfully spearheaded major projects that include building and expanding manufacturing plants, implementing new technologies for manufacturing processes, performing company-wide system conversions, and re-engineering basic production operations.

Over the last 5 years, Ms. Hansen has specialized in startup and early phase environments with an emphasis on domestic and international opportunities in the alternative energy and renewables arena. Ms. Hansen holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from University of Washington and over the years has continued her education in the fields of management, mathematics, and education.

Craig Garrison, Director of Technical Operations
Mr. Garrison joins Plas2Fuel Corporation as Director of Technical Operations. Prior to joining Plas2Fuel, Mr. Garrison was Sr. Vice President of US Operations for ITR Inc., an international manufacturer of specialized mobile heating systems. Mr. Garrison had responsibility for product development, international operations and was responsible for establishing the US operation for the Company. Mr. Garrison led the company through a reorganization of the US business and directed the company's successful re-entry into the luxury motor coach market. Mr. Garrison was first introduced to the process of converting waste plastic materials into petrochemical products when he began working as a project manager with Environmental Fuel Development (EFD) Company in December of 2000.

Mr. Garrison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Minor Psychology from San Francisco State College and has completed practicum Masters level coursework in Psychology through the University of California in Santa Barbara. Mr. Garrison is unmarried and resides in Portland, Oregon.
